Newmarket Holidays was founded (as Newmarket Promotions Limited and with just two staff) in March 1983, in the South London flat of one of its founding directors.

Three and a half decades later, we've become one of the UK's largest independently owned specialist tour operators, with headquarters in Wallington, Surrey.

Vaccination Requirements
Your health and safety are pivotal to our operations, and every customer travelling on a tour with us must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Fully vaccinated means that you have had the full course of an approved vaccine a minimum of 14 days prior to your holiday. You can find the travel restrictions for different countries on www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. We also recommend that you travel with proof that you’ve been fully vaccinated.

Flexible Booking Protection

Cancel your holiday with a full refund up to the day of travel if you or any of your party are diagnosed with COVID-19 within 12 days of the start of your holiday.

Amend or cancel with a full refund of your holiday, up to the day of departure if impacted by COVID-19 through a lockdown where you are not allowed to travel outside your area during the dates that your holiday will be occurring.

Amend or cancel with a full refund of your holiday, up to the day of departure if we are unable to fulfil your holiday for any reason.

No administration fees applied for amends or cancellations as a result of COVID-19.

We have identified that we don't have the full range of room categories available loaded against your tours on tourhub. The portal has recently been modified to make it easier to load, for example, Single (your own room), Twin (Solo adult travellers sharing a room with another traveller) or Multi-share.
